3 patrols chose the beach to go for jie outing, so we will go there :D (Unless we have violent objections) ITS 29th DECEMBER RMB AH :D

For the prep, different patrols have different jobs.
P1 & P2: Admin (number of people going, booking of bbq pit, etc)
P3, P4 & P5: Plan games (water bomb, haha-idk-what-games)
P6, P7 & P8: Food (YUMMY FOOD CAN ALR :D)

Haha ok, if every patrol does their rightful jobs, it'll be an awesome day out :D
Every "group" will have an IC to collate the overall stuff....
In other words, P1 & P2 will have 1 person as IC, so on and so forth :)
ICs would be further briefed :)

Okay so the date is 28/12 :)
Cause during blocked weeks lotsa people go overseas and so on, then 17/18 dec got guides, then Christmas maybe have some family stuffs?

If you cannot make it or what then just tag or something, then we can change date or something :D

Where: Every patrol come up with one place and stuff to do (roughly, don't need fine details) and sms/call/ msn Zephania or Shuwen by 30/11 if possible :)
